Why we love soy wax!

Upon your first burn, make sure you burn the candle until it reaches a full melt pool (when the wax is melted across the entire diameter of the candle vessel, about an inch an hour, a little hangup is okay) about 3-4 hours. The wax creates a memory from that first burn and will follow that memory for the future of that candle.

What is the downside of soy wax?

Sometimes soy wax will reset (after a burn) bumpy, uneven, or blotchy. DON’T FRET! Due to its natural properties, heat changes will sometimes create frosting, spotting, or uneven surfaces. This will not affect the performance of your candle, instead, this is a great indicator that 100% soy wax was used in your product and gives it character. :)
